How long does enterprise onboarding take?
Typically 5–10 business days from contract signature to your team being live. We handle configuration, test the AI agent, and run a team training session before go-live.
Where is our prospect data stored?
EU by default (AWS eu-west-2). US storage available. All data encrypted at rest and in transit. We never use your prospect conversation data to train AI models.
Can we bring our own CRM data?
Yes. Import via CSV, direct CRM integration, or API. Contacts you bring don't use enrichment credits. Only room generation and chat credits apply.
How is enterprise pricing structured?
Annual contract with custom credit volume. Typically starts at $2,000/month. We scope based on your prospect volume, seat count, and integration requirements.
Can we white-label rooms for our clients?
Yes. Multi-entity white-labelling included. Each client gets their own domain, branding, and product configuration. Your clients never see ProspectRoom branding unless you choose to show it.
